Cristina Bedgood is the visionary founder and CEO of Curious Innovators of America (CIA), a trailblazing education center redefining how students experience learning. With an unwavering commitment to empowering the next generation of thinkers, doers, and innovators, Cristina leads CIA with purpose, passion, and proven expertise.
Cristina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Florida Atlantic University and a Master’s in Educational Leadership from the American College of Education. She also brings a unique blend of expertise with an Associate of Arts degree in Accounting, equipping her with the operational and analytical skills to lead with heart and strategy.
A certified educator through the State of Florida, Cristina holds credentials in Elementary Education, Middle Grades Mathematics, Educational Leadership, and ESOL. Her depth of knowledge in pedagogy and leadership is further strengthened by her certification as a Professional Development Facilitator, allowing her to mentor teachers and drive instructional excellence across diverse learning environments.
Before founding CIA, Cristina served in various educational roles—from classroom teacher to instructional coach—where she championed student-centered, inclusive, and inquiry-based learning models. Her transformative work in both high-performing and turnaround schools shaped the foundation for CIA’s innovative, equity-driven approach.
Under Cristina’s leadership, Curious Innovators of America has become a vibrant hub where curiosity fuels learning and students take the lead in their educational journeys.
