Throughout her career, she has taught multiple grade levels, served as a Reading Recovery teacher, mentored colleagues, and developed instructional practices that support diverse learners. Her expertise in literacy development, intervention strategies, and relationship-building allows her to create classrooms where students feel challenged, supported, and inspired.
Lauren believes learning is most powerful when students feel seen, valued, and empowered to take ownership of their growth. Her ability to combine strong instructional practice with warmth and encouragement helps students build the skills they need to succeed both in school and beyond.
