Loyalty-Based Package Pricing

Our pricing structure is designed to reward families who enroll in multiple days or services. Students attending 3 or more days per week receive our highest discounted package rate, as reflected on this page.

This discounted rate is based on the family’s selected level of enrollment and continued commitment. If a family reduces or retracts their enrollment commitment, the discounted package rate may no longer apply, and tuition will be recalculated using the applicable base rate for the services received.

Financial Access Program (FAP)

The Financial Access Program (FAP) is designed to expand access by helping families reduce the out-of-pocket cost of attending our program. Assistance is awarded based on demonstrated financial need, taking into consideration any state scholarships already received.

Because our model is built on consistency, personalized planning, and long-term student growth, priority for FAP support is tiered based on enrollment commitment. Families enrolled in 3 or more days per week receive highest consideration, as this level of participation reflects full engagement in the learning experience and allows for the most impactful use of available funding.

Eligibility requires submission of financial documentation, including a financial review, anticipated out-of-pocket costs, and a Step Up award letter. If approved, FAP awards typically cover a portion of remaining costs, helping make sustained enrollment more accessible while ensuring responsible and equitable distribution of funds.

Additional Supply & Materials Fees

Some courses may require an additional supply or materials fee. These fees are directly tied to the cost of consumable resources used by each enrolled student—such as lab materials, project components, art supplies, or specialty items integral to the learning experience.

Supply fees are applied only when necessary and are specific to the course selection. This ensures that students have access to high-quality, hands-on materials while maintaining transparency in how those costs are allocated.

Financial Terms & Policies

To maintain the level of quality, consistency, and individualized attention that defines our program, we ask families to honor the financial commitments associated with enrollment.

Enrollment secures your child’s placement, instructional planning, and dedicated resources. As such, tuition is a commitment-based agreement, and attendance reflects acceptance of these terms.

Annual tuition is divided into 10 equal monthly payments to provide a more manageable structure for families. Please note, these payments represent a prorated annual tuition arrangement and are not a direct reflection of services rendered within a specific calendar month.

Payments are due on the 1st of each month begining August 1st. A $50 late fee will be applied to payments received after the 15th. In cases of ongoing or severe delinquency, accounts may be subject to additional penalties and/or interest on the outstanding balance.

We approach these policies with care and understanding, while also recognizing that the sustainability of our program and the consistency of the experience we provide to every child depends on timely and reliable tuition fulfillment.
